At Impact Carbon, each product is handcrafted and made to order to ensure the highest quality and precision. Due to the custom nature of our items, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery

When will I get my order?
Each of our products is handcrafted and made to order, which takes approximately 5–7 business days for production. Once completed, shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from Tulsa, Oklahoma, with careful attention to detail and quality. Each piece is made to order to ensure the perfect finish before shipping out.
Can you make a custom frame?
Yes. Custom orders are made to order and require approval before production. Once approved, all custom orders are final sale. Production time is typically 5 business days. Please contact us before purchasing.
